With the "Soirée étape" package, dinner is on us.Starters, main courses and desserts are available at any time of the day at the Petit Comptoir des Pierres Bleues.
All the dishes are prepared by Laurent Bacquer (La Cantine des Chefs, Carhaix), who puts gastronomy in a jar with the expertise of a Michelin-starred chef and his enthusiastic team.
Pasta salad with roasted vegetables or bulgur, carrot and feta purée, beef cheek confit with mustard, potato and hazelnut purée, blanquette de nos côtes, smooth cream or rice pudding with salted butter caramel... each label is a promise of flavour worthy of the finest restaurants!
